How to Order
Community Futures Board Development Program Board Training Session Process
The ordering process has gone on-line and the process for ordering modules has recently changed.
- If you do not have a user name and password for logging into your account for ordering modules, please contact the Pan West coordinator at to obtain this information.
- Once you have obtained this information, log into your account (information will be provided below)
- It is most efficient to order multiple modules that are presented by the same presenter. On the first page, after logging in, there is a chart that shows which modules are presented by which presenter.
- Click on MODULE ORDERING in the sidebar menu.
- If you have not filled in your CF information on this page, or if contact information has changed since your last order, please doublecheck that we have the correct information. All correspondance between Community Futures Pan West and your CF go to the email addresses you provide on this form. Make sure that you click SAVE AND GO TO NEXT STEP at the bottom of the form when you are finished updating your information.
- Select the first module you would like to order and follow the additional steps that are presented to you.
- Once you have finished entering in the information for the first module you are presented with the option to order additional modules, or complete the ordering process.
- Once you have completed ordering the modules you require, the Pan West coordinator is automatically contacted and informed of your order.
- You will be contacted via email as different steps in the ordering process are completed.
- On the day of the session, it is the responsibility of the Community Futures Office to ensure that the training room is organized and the refreshments are available. It is the responsibility of the Community Futures Office to provide the overhead or Power Point projector, screen, and flipchart and markers.
- Once all participants have arrived, it is the responsibility of the Community Futures to ensure the Presenter Evaluations Form is completed and that this information is entered into the PARTICIPANT EVALUATIONS section of the module ordering area. This menu item is located in the sidebar menu. The information from these evaluations is used to ensures that participants will receive credit for the module.
