Each of the 90 Community Futures delivers programs and services that are specific to the communities they serve. Consult your local office to find out which services are provided in your community. Here is an overview of core services:
Business Development Loans
- Community Futures can lend a maximum of $125,000 to new or existing businesses.
- Loans assist entrepreneurs who may have had trouble accessing capital from traditional lenders.
- Loans are fully repayable and are negotiated at competitive interest rates.
- Each Community Futures offers specific loan programs that target their communities needs.
